How can I track the status of my order?
We usually process and ship all orders from Mashha within 2-3 business days of receiving them. Once your order is shipped, you will receive notifications via email and WhatsApp with details of the delivery partner and your tracking ID. Whether you've ordered a Silver Ring for women, Silver Earrings, or any other piece from our silver jewellery collection, we are committed to providing a smooth and timely delivery experience and are here to assist with any inquiries you may have regarding your order's status.
Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across our entire Mashha Silver Jewellery range. Cash on delivery orders require a Rs. 100 fee that adds to the order value.
How much time does it take to deliver the order?
It may take up to 48 hours for us to process your order after confirmation. Once your order is shipped, most deliveries are completed within 4 to 6 business days, depending on your location. You will receive an email once your Mashha Jewellery order is shipped.
I didn't like the product. How can I return my order?
You can place a return request for your Mashha Jewellery through our mail id mashhajewellery@gmail.com or WhatsApp us your request on +91 9762267503. Return pickup may take up to 3 working days. If the pickup is delayed, please contact Customer Support at 9762267503 (10 AM-6:30 PM).
What is your No Questions Asked return policy?
We understand that buying online can be tricky, and we want you to love your purchase! That's why we offer a hassle-free 15-day return policy for all unused and unworn items - no questions asked. This applies across our silver jewellery range, including Silver Ring for women, Silver Earrings, women silver bracelet, silver chain for women, silver anklets for women, silver toe rings, and silver payal. However, please note that Made-to-Order, personalised jewellery, rakhi, perfumes, candles, coins, and God idols are not eligible for returns. Items must be returned in their original packaging and remain unused. Besides, any FREE gift needs to be returned as well, if your order value goes below Rs. 2199. Refunds will be processed after a thorough check of the returned items as per Mashha's policy. Refund will only be made in the form of gift cards.
Is Warranty applicable across all Mashha's Products?
The 6-month warranty is applicable on our entire Mashha Jewellery range & Silver coins, including every Silver Ring for women, Silver Earrings, women silver bracelet, silver chain for women, silver anklets for women, silver toe rings, and silver payal. The warranty is not applicable on Rakhis, Idol Collection.
What is MASHHA's Warranty Policy?
Silver Jewelry: Includes a 6-month limited warranty covering plating and manufacturing defects on all Mashha pieces.
