    At Mashha, we value your satisfaction and want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

    1. Returns

    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn and unused items in their original packaging.
    To be eligible for a return:

    The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

    The packaging, tags, and authenticity cards (if any) must be intact.

    Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

    Note: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings, toe rings, and customized/personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

    2. Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
    If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and you will receive a mashha shopping credits equal to the order amount.

    Shipping and COD (Cash on Delivery) charges are non-refundable.

    3. Exchanges

    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please initiate a return first. Once we receive the item, you can place a new order.

    4. Damaged or Wrong Items

    In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

    Our team will guide you through the return process.

    Refunds are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy conditions
